Grant Eligibility

• Nonprofit organizations with a current 501(c)(3) status in good standing.

• Projects serving individuals within 25 miles of downtown Sacramento.

• Currently serving older adults and adults with disabilities, particularly those with limited income.

• Nonprofits in operation for five or more years.

• Annual organizational income exceeding $250,000.

• Grant requests with the potential to make a meaningful impact on those served.
