Prevention of Homelessness
Early action and resources for older adults who struggle with rent risk, health and functional decline, and gaps in other sources of income. Provision of "last resort" safety nets, crisis/eviction prevention, emergency response with quick rehousing support, and long-term housing solutions.

Assistance with Aging in Place
Assist with transportation; home repair; maintenance, safety, and modifications; home visits of providers; food support; social support and activities; caregiver assistance (e.g., respite care to support isolated older adults and their caregivers); older adult village networks; assistance with faith and community-based assistance; trainings in financial, technology, and digital literacy.

Supportive Services for Adults with Disabilities
Independent living emphasis; adaptive skills training; home modifications for safety and access; employment training.
